Allow me to introduce myself.
I am a 49 year old Christian woman, a Chippewa Valley School District mother and have lived in Macomb Township for 10 years. As a former business owner in a service based industry and a hair stylist for over 20 years, I feel I have developed great business sense, along with problem solving and social skills. The protection of my staff and patrons has always been a priority while following laws and keeping a friendly environment to work within.
For the last five years, I have been involved with several Community/State Groups including one that researches a large array of entities, both Government and Non Government Organizations NGO(s). This would include submitting findings to the Government Accountability Office/Fraud Department, the FBI, our MI Attorney General through Consumer Complaints and our Representatives.
I have a new found love for American History and her Foundation. I believe if we were taught more about our Rights and the intended roles of our three branches of Government, our Country would be in much better shape. Currently, 68% of the population CAN NOT name the 3 Branches. Most people have been conditioned for decades to think this “system" is normal. They forgot, or were never taught, that “The People” ARE the Government and the 3 branches of Government are the Legislative, Executive and Judicial to represent us.
My greatest love and devotion will always be my daughter and the well being of our youth as they maneuver through the results of un-elected NGO (non government organization) agendas and policies, a corrupt political “system" that is crumbling while “The People” (like myself) rise up and take back this once Great Nation.
I have been actively voicing concerns, offering proposals, and sending information to the past and current members of the Chippewa Valley Board of Education. I have been censored, ignored, communications blocked, and told that there are no issues. I feel the lust of money and power plays a significant role with this Board’s rubber stamping of Government & NGO agendas, and I am a firm believer in that old saying: “If you want something done right, you do it yourself." I am not a polished politician. I am an average middle class proud American woman who is ready to take a deep dive into Chippewa Valley Schools from the inside and link arms with teachers, staff and parents to appreciate the "extras" while we get back to the basics. Our Children deserve nothing less.
